For parents, the pre teen stage is not easy. There’s so much change - school changes, body changes, mood changes - your relationship changes. It makes it harder to communicate, to understand stress they might be facing, and to work out whether it’s something more.

All of this can be pretty isolating for both pre teens and their parents, it’s almost like they are living in their own bubble.
This integrated PR campaign for Bupa aimed to alert parents and pre teens that there is help out there, they can be heard and break through their bubbles.
